The End
The Company The Business The End

The End of Airbas Transportation, Inc.

The illegal government conspiracy against Airbas and its owners started to impact the business performance with the start of the boycott in May of 2004, and leading to insolvency by the third quarter of 2004. Although the loss of the US Armed Forces business caused serious liquidity problem, the company could have survived and remained profitable should the United States government have not interfered with the company's business by pressuring non-military vendors and customers to terminate their relations with Airbas and by refusing to grant landing permissions to Airbas aircraft in the areas controlled by the United States, namely Iraq and Afghanistan which constituted the main markets for Airbas operations.

With the beginning of November 2004 the management of Airbas signed agreements with the banks and company's creditors to resolve the issues related to the company's debt causing the loss of aircraft and subsequently all revenues. On December 31, 2004 the company terminated its operation, and filed its final tax return with the Internal Revenue Service with losses in excess of two million dollars. Few months later, on April 26, 2005 the Bush regime further ordered the remaining assets of Airbas frozen under the political operation of OFAC and without any legal proceeding. Following is the timeline of events related to the creation and the end of Airbas Transportation.
