The government conspiracy against Airbas

By the order of George W. Bush, the United States government used Airbas as a scapegoat in its undeclared war against Victor Bout, and it started plotting secretly against Airbas Transportation, Inc since the spring of 2004 after some media reported that the company belonged to Victor Bout. The media reports were based in entirety upon Johan Peleman's report to the United Nations where he used Airbas as an example for unrelated subject, and printed what he wrote about Airbas within a "framed text" in order to purposefully bring the readers' attention to it.  The conspiracy against the business is an illegal act by the government and it constitutes violations of the US Anti-trust law among dozens of other US and international laws. The government did not take action against Airbas officially until 26 April 2005; however, the evidence we have clearly proves that the US Government officially ordered the destruction of Airbas at least one year prior to April 2005. US government conspired to destroy the American Company Airbas through:

  1. Ordering the United States Armed Forces occupying Iraq to deny fuel to Airbas aircraft, and to refuse granting landing permissions in all military airbases and all civilian domains under the US control in the area of Airbas operations which included Iraq, Afghanistan, Djibouti, and the GCC.  See NOTAM

  2. Ordering the US government contractors to cancel their sub-contracts with Airbas. The action included the direct US military contractors like KBR, and the non-US contractors who do business with US companies like Falcon Express who was the main contractor for Federal Express in the UAE.

  3. Ordering Boeing and its subsidiaries to stop providing any services to Airbas including aircraft maintenance, spare parts, navigation software, and etc. See Boeing-Jeppesen

  4. Ordering the UN and humanitarian missions to use air cargo operators other than Airbas if they were intending to bring their aid cargo and land in an area under the control of the United States government; otherwise, permissions would be denied.

  5. Pressuring the local UAE authority to refuse admitting Airbas owners into the UAE and later to order the company completely shut-down and bank accounts frozen. Sergey Bout was banned from entering UAE in March of 2003 and Richard Chichakli was banned from entering UAE in May 2003.

Although the United States government denied that they interfered with Airbas business and committed any of these illegal acts, we were able to obtain the official NOTAM issued by the US government ordering the denial of fuel to Airbas and the placement of the Boeing company under restriction to provide service. Copies are provided above. What is NOTAM
